2 large chicken breasts
1/2 cup salsa (any kind)
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
Place chicken breasts in a 2 qt. slow cooker and add salsa and chicken broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred and use in tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, southwest salad, or serve on a bun.
